NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Trinity College Kandy Old Boys' Association [Colombo Branch] will be held on Saturday, the 30th of August 2025, commencing with a Thanksgiving Service at he Christ Church Galle Face - Church of Ceylon, 54, Sir Mohamad Macal Makar Mawatha, Colombo 03 commencing at 09:00 am
Fellowship Breakfast will be followed by the AGM at 10.30 a.m.
The agenda for the Annual General Meeting is as follows:
- Meeting called to Order.
- Singing of the National Anthem
- Meeting Regrets
- Obituaries
- Welcome Address by the President
- Matters arising out of and confirmation of the Minutes of the 116th
- Annual General Meeting of the Association held on 24th of August 2024.
- Statement of Accounts for the term 2024-2025.
- Activity Report for 2024-2025.
- Election of Office Bearers for the term 2025-2026.
- Principal's Address.
- Formal Launch of the Colombo branch website and Mobile Application.
- Any other business of which due notice has been given.
- Announcements
As per Article 7.1.4 of the Constitution of the Association, any member desirous of having any motion discussed or resolution to be tabled at the Annual General Meeting must give to the Hony. Secretary not less than 14 days written notice of the same including therein the full text of such motion or resolution. Notice may be sent by registered post to Mr.R.E.
